These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and vipinay.con ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of all services, products, and features available on the vipinay.con website and any associated mobile applications. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on vipinay.con, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

vipinay.con operates as an online gaming platform serving Filipino players and operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). 03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on vipinay.con. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. vipinay.con enforces this requirement strictly through KYC verification. Any account discovered to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be returned to the verified payment source where possible, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To create an account on vipinay.con, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by vipinay.con or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of vipinay.con or any of its affiliated game providers.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on vipinay.con. Multiple accounts held by the same person — identified by name, national ID, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vipinay.con reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated during the period of duplicate account use.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vipinay.con will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact customer support immediately to initiate an account lock.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, address, or payment details must be submitted through the account settings section and may require supporting documentation for verification. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification

vipinay.con will request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Voter's ID. vipinay.con may also request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months) and, in certain circumstances, proof of source of funds. Players who fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may have their withdrawal request placed on hold until verification is complete.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vipinay.con currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the selected method is a cryptocurrency, in which case conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the account wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 business hours subject to banking processing times.
• vipinay.con does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet withdrawals and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification before processing.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days subject to interbank processing.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case a verified alternative method on file may be used.
• vipinay.con reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal request and will not be included in the withdrawal amount.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by vipinay.con are subject to the specific terms of each individual offer, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal request can be made. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game type are published in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vipinay.con takes a firm position against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on both sides of an outcome) to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; using automated software or bots to place bets. Where bonus abuse is identified, vipinay.con reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently restrict the player's access to future promotions.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

vipinay.con reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a player has already accepted a promotional offer prior to any modification, the original promotion terms under which the offer was accepted shall continue to apply to that player in respect of the accepted offer only.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on vipinay.con use certified Random Number Generators ("RNG") or, in the case of live dealer games, use physical game equipment operated by trained dealers captured on live video stream. Game outcomes are not influenced by vipinay.con's management, support staff, or any third party beyond the inherent probabilities of the game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or communication error that interrupts a game session, vipinay.con's game system logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined from system logs, the wager amount for the affected round will be returned to the Player's account. vipinay.con's decision regarding malfunctions is final.

All displayed game odds, RTP rates, and paytable information are accurate to the best of vipinay.con's knowledge at the time of publication. vipinay.con publishes RTP information for all slot games in the game information panels. 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipinay.con Platform:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

09 Responsible Gaming

vipinay.con is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides Players with the following self-regulation tools, accessible at all times from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses within a defined period, preventing further gameplay once the threshold is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications displayed at user-defined intervals to alert you to the duration of your gaming session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipinay.con Platform — including but not limited to the vipinay.con logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and brand assets — is the property of vipinay.con or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipinay.con. This prohibition includes the unauthorized use of vipinay.con's brand name, logo, or game assets in any external context.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipinay.con shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming profits, data loss, service interruption, or reliance on information provided on the Platform.

vipinay.con does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or technical malfunction. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Where Philippine consumer protection law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability in certain circumstances, vipinay.con's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by such law.

vipinay.con shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, acts of God, government restrictions, or failure of third-party service providers.

12 Suspension & Termination

vipinay.con reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's account activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Continued operation of the account would place vipinay.con in breach of applicable laws or PAGCOR regulations.
• The Player has issued a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated wallet balance will be held in escrow. Where the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, vipinay.con reserves the right to permanently withhold such balance. Where no material breach is established, any withheld balance will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method on file.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigation. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance upon account closure.

13 Privacy & Data

vipinay.con collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vipinay.con handles all personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

vipinay.con may be required to share Player information with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies pursuant to its legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of vipinay.con's obligations to maintain Player data confidentiality.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vipinay.con may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where amendments materially affect existing Players' rights or obligations, vipinay.con will endeavor to provide advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted in the first instance to vipinay.con's customer support team for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

vipinay.con's records — including system logs, transaction records, and game outcome data — shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute proceeding unless the Player can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that such records are inaccurate.
